Recruitment Coordinator – Dublin

The role

Working in our call centre, you will be coordinating our workers’ shifts to meet our client’s requests.

You’ll deal with phone enquiries from our nurses and carers as well as our clients, resolving their problems and making sure that their experience of Thornbury is second to none.

Your responsibilities

  • Ensure we recruit skilled nurses and healthcare assistants solely on the basis of competence and suitability for the role.
  • Support our candidates through the full recruitment process, including screening applications, conducting phone interviews, vetting certifications and arranging face to face interviews, while making sure that the entire process compliant.

What we need from you

  • You’ll be confident with an excellent phone manner, approachable and able to engage candidates effectively.
  • You will be highly motivated and target driven, with the ability to manage your own work and be in control.
  • Above all, you’ll be passionate about creating a great candidate experience, and have the ambition to deliver time and time again.

Our Recruitment department is open Monday to Friday between 8am and 6pm. You’ll work five 8 hour shifts per week, between these times.

Recruitment Team Manager – Dublin

The role

The Scottish Nursing Guild, part of Independent Clinical Services, is furthering its growth in Ireland.

You will develop and drive the Resourcing Team to source nursing professionals across the Republic of Ireland. You will lead and inspire your team to ensure all resourcing activity is proactive and seamless across the business unit. You will be working under the direction of the Recruitment Director and General Manager of Ireland, to identify specialist recruitment needs within the branch, based on business growth.

You will coach your team in the effective use of recruitment tools, ensuring smooth candidate care throughout the process. Your feedback on processes and tools will support and improve efficiency, drive simplicity and influence the development of resourcing initiatives.

What we need from you

  • You will have proven expertise in recruitment and management experience would be advantageous.
  • You will have strong analytical and data reporting skills.
  • You will be self-motivated with the ability to operate independently, work proactively and achieve optimal results.
  • You will have the ability to influence at all levels within the business with high impact.
  • Knowledge and understanding of the regulatory and legal environment in relation to recruitment.

Clinical Recruitment Coordinator – Dublin

The role

The Scottish Nursing Guild, part of Independent Clinical Services is opening a new recruitment hub at our offices in Dublin and we’re looking for someone with a clinical background to join our team as a Clinical Recruitment Coordinator.

If you’re the kind of person with great attention to detail, a strong customer service focus, a drive to produce quality work and have worked previously in a clinical setting then the Scottish Nursing Guild could be the perfect place for you.

As a Clinical Recruitment Coordinator you will be a key part of our business, responsible for managing our candidate’s journey to register with us. You will be involved in interviewing, referencing and ensuring that all relevant compliance is in place for our candidates. Your clinical knowledge will prove invaluable when it comes to growing our team in Ireland.

As this is a new team at our office in Dublin, the initial training will be held in Bristol, England. You will be required to travel each working week following your start date for up to 8 weeks. All costs will be paid for by the company – this is part of our mandatory induction process.

You will be required to work 8-hour days between 8am – 6pm, Monday to Friday. We’re based on Fitzwilliam Square with great transport links and parking nearby.

To be considered you must

  • Be a Registered Nurse, Midwife, Senior Healthcare Assistant or a Nurse who no longer holds a registration.
  • Possess strong IT skills, proficient at using outlook, excel, word and systems.
  • Be able to form key relationships with candidates.
  • Have excellent attention to detail.
  • Be able to work individually and as part of a team, be extremely organized and flexible whilst being proactive in your role.
